4 After-sales service
4.1 We will complete the re-installation work as stipulated

4.2 Advice for changing layout should be done prior 3 days
prior to delivery date
4.3 Addition charge will be incurred if the furniture is dismantled
and re-installed
4.4 We will provide free relocation service and new office
furniture layout for those long-term customer
5 Delivery service control
We will strictly carry out the following measures to ensure
quality goods delivery
5. 1 All goods should be checked and tested by factory QC
department before delivery
5. 2 Strong packing suitable for local transportation and
loading
5. 3 All workers are professionally trained and operate according
to industry standard minimizing damage during loading and installing
5. 4 Should there be any damage goods during transportation
and installation, we promise to re-order and complete install
before designated date
6 Continuing services and maintenance
6.1 Every repair application will be answered/check on within
24 hours
6.2 Regular repair-check: regular repair-check will be arranged
after warranty period, checks can arranged upon customer¡¯s
request
6.3 Courtesy visit:our sales personnel will continue in touch
and promise monthly visit to answer customer enquiry after
